When Toys"R"Us set out to launch its highly anticipated American Dream location, the opportunity extended far beyond opening a retail store. The vision was to create an immersive destination where families could experience the magic of play through branded environments, interactive experiences, and some of the world's most beloved toy and entertainment properties.

Our involvement began while the location was still under construction. Working alongside stakeholders throughout the development process, we helped transform a blank canvas into a fully realized brand experience. From early signage planning and environmental graphics to packaging, retail collateral, and customer-facing touchpoints, our team played a central role in shaping how the brand would come to life within the space.

The scale and complexity of the project required extensive coordination between Toys"R"Us and numerous global licensing partners. Our team sourced, organized, managed, and secured approvals for branded assets across dozens of toy, entertainment, and consumer brands, ensuring every installation met licensing requirements while maintaining a cohesive visual experience throughout the store.

As the project evolved, our scope expanded to encompass virtually every aspect of the customer journey. We developed large-scale environmental graphics, wayfinding systems, shopping bags, packaging, promotional materials, digital screen content, animations, social media assets, email campaigns, event branding, and experiential elements throughout the location, including Geoffrey's Café.

From construction through grand opening and beyond, our team served as a creative and production partner, bridging strategy, design, fabrication, approvals, and implementation. The result is a destination that captures the excitement of Toys"R"Us while delivering a seamless and memorable experience for millions of visitors each year.
